How to enter the equipment details in the excel template file?

Stocklist template sample data

SKU * (Stock-keeping unit)
Unique stock number must be entered in this column and its a mandatory field.

Category * (Equipment Main Category)
Main equipment category must be entered exactly as provided in the categories table below.

SubCategory * (Equipment Sub Category)
Equipment sub category must be entered exactly as provided in the categories table below.

MAKE * (Manufacturer of the equipment)
Enter the full name of the equipment manufacturing company. (Eg: Caterpillar, CASE, KOMATSU, ...)

MODEL * (Equipment model no.)
Model no. of the equipment must be entered in this column. (Eg: 120B, 990G,..)

YEAR * (Year of Manufacturing)
Enter the equipment manfactured year.

Serial (Serial no. of the equipment)
Enter the serial no. of the equipment if available.

Price (Offering price for the equipment)
Enter the price for the equipment without any currency symbol. US Doller, Euro and UK Pound are accepted which can be chosen at the time of uploading.
The price should not contain any symbols, commas, spaces.
For example, US$ 940,000 must be entered as 940000.
If you leave the column empty, it will be displayed as P.O.R(Price On Request) in your equipment listings.

Description * (Equipment description)
Enter the description about the specific equipment only. General company description or contact details must not be entered in this column.

Photos (File names of the equipment photos)
You can mention the photo file names for an equipment which you will upload after uploading the stocklist file.
1) Photo file names must be entered in this format - (990G.jpg;990G1.jpg)
2) Multiple photo file names must be separated with commas
3) Only *.jpg files are accepted.
After uploading the stocklist, the photo files must be uploaded in the My Photo Gallery section with the same file name. The system will automatically assign the photos to the corresponding equipment offers.
