How to upload a new stocklist?

If there is no equipment offers listed under your account, Equipment List Manager will show this option "Upload New Stocklist".

1. Click the "Upload New Stocklist" link from the main page.

It will take you to the stocklist uploading page.

2. Preparing the stocklist file

Click on the Download Stocklist Template and save the stocklist_template.csv file to a local folder on your computer. Open the file and fill the equipment details as instructed. Click here to view stocklist template filling instructions.

3. Uploading the prepared stocklist file

After preparing the stocklist file with all the equipments you wish to list for sale, you have to first select your price currency and upload the stocklist file.

4. Verifying and submitting the equipment details

After uploading the file, the system will process the contents and display it to you to verify the details. If there is any error like (Duplicate SKU or empty mandatory field), it will display the error message, so that you can correct it by editing the specific item using the Edit link on the right side.

In the middle of this process, if you left the page or logged out without submitting the list, the system will keep the temporary data safe and will prompt you to submit in your next login session.

After verifying the details, you must click the "Submit list for Approval" button.

5. Success Message

Finally your list will be submitted to the site administrator for reviewing and approval. Once it is approved, your list will be listed on the portal for sale and you will also be notified via email.
