How to update my stocklist?

If there are already equipment offers listed under your account, Equipment List Manager will show this option "Update your Stocklist".

1. Click the "Update your Stocklist" link from the main page.


It will take you to the "Update stocklist" page.


2. Downloading Existing stocklist and updating it

Click on the "Download Existing Stocklist" link and save the file to a local folder on your computer. The file will contain all your equipment sell offers currently listed on the portal.
In the downloaded excel file you can do the following things
  - Add new equipments to the list
  - Update existing equipment offer details such as price, description, etc..
  - Remove SOLD equipments from the list

Please Note: We strongly suggest you to download the existing stocklist each time you update your stocklist using this system to avoid complications. SKU is the key field in this system and it should be carefully entered especially while adding new items to the list.

3. Uploading the updated stocklist file

After updating the stocklist file with all the changes, you have to first select your price currency and upload the stocklist file.



4. Confirm Delete

After uploading the file, the system will process the contents and display it to you to verify the details. If you have removed any existing old items from the list, the system will prompt you to confirm.


5. Verifying and Submitting

You will be displayed with the contents in the excel file for your verification. If there is any error like (Duplicate SKU or empty mandatory field), it will display the error message, so that you can correct it by editing the specific item using the Edit link on the right side.

In the middle of this process, if you left the page or logged out without submitting the list, the system will keep the temporary data safe and will prompt you to submit in your next login session.

After verifying the details, you must click the "Submit list for Approval" button.


6. Success Message

Finally your list will be submitted to the site administrator for reviewing and approval. Once it is approved, your list will be updated and you will also be notified via email.
